Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that will apply when you use the IrishInternet.ie VPN service and connected products.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how customers are expected to use the IrishInternet.ie service, to keep the service lawful, reliable and fair for everyone.
2. Permitted use
The service is intended for legal personal and business use in accordance with your subscription, including general browsing, remote working and accessing Irish online services.
3. Prohibited activities
Customers must not use the service for unlawful activity, distributing malicious software, compromising other systems or networks, fraud, or any activity that breaches applicable law in Ireland or the customer’s location. A fuller list of prohibited activities will be included in the final policy.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts or take steps required by law. Details of the enforcement process will be published here.
